Ziv Magor is an attorney, with a master’s degree in law with a concentration on disability law. Ziv was previously employed at the JDC, where he managed an independent housing program for people with disabilities focusing on the issue of ageing amongs special needs populations. He also led the “Personal budgeting-person-oriented service” – a program that addresses special needs people in Israel on the basis of their needs and desires, as opposed to their type of disability. In addition, Ziv was responsible for connecting the legal community to the special needs community as part of a joint project with the Ministry of Justice.

Hillel Hillman provides Alumot Or with expert advice on development. Hillel has acquired decades of management and educational experience in public systems and in education systems. He has been serving as the Director of the mythological Kadoorie Youth Village for the last 20 years, and previously served as the Head of the Education Division of Gilboa Regional Council, as a school principal and as a national coordinator in the youth movement HaNoar HaOved VeHaLomed. Hillel played a central role in the initiative to establish the Benjamin Rothman Kadoorie School for children with autism – the first school to be established in partnership with Alumot Or. Hillel has three children and four grandchildren.

Mina Raz, Ph.D. in Special Education and Occupational therapy. Has developed knowledge and data-based programs in the fields of education and society, Head of Disabilities at the Central School for Welfare Workers Training of the Ministry of Welfare and Social Security. Responsible for a number of national programs for special populations, including “Creating a Future,” transitional program to prepare special education students to integrate into the workforce, (winner of the International Award for Innovation in Education for 2020 on behalf of, Zero Project) a program now utilized by the Ministry of Welfare and Social Security.

Dr. Shahar Bar Yehuda was the national autism specialist within Israel’s Ministry of Education. He is a lecturer and a pedagogical advisor to the special education program at the Levinsky College of Education in Tel-Aviv. Shahar has a Ph.D. in special education from Bar Ilan University, a masters in special education, as well as in management, planning, and policy-making in education, and a BA in education and comparative literature. He is also a Mandel School of Educational Leadership graduate.

Merav is an advisor to Alomut Or regarding knowledge extracting and developing learning methods. Merav is an MA graduate from Bar-Ilan University in curriculum developing and is the founder of “Developing Instruction Solutions”. Merav has created models, learning products and methodological tools for many organizations. Merav has been involved in several projects such as writing oral practices, projects dedicated for persons with disabilities and creating access to legal services for persons with disabilities.

Gal holds a B.A. in Communication and Management and a diploma in digital marketing. Communications savvy, spokesperson and public relations manager, with expertise in writing and editing content, reputation management and strategic crisis management.

Ilanit has extensive experience in fundraising in the private and public sectors alongside working with a variety of public sector organizations from NGOs, government entities and politics, as well as in strategic communications consulting. Ilanit is a trained social psychologist specializing in strategy and decision making.

Associate Director of International Outreach and Projects, with experience in strategic management and public diplomacy. A master in fostering connections and building bridges for Israel.

Shani is BA graduate in business management from Netanya Academic College. Shani has experience in sales, office management and leading projects. She oversees all administration efforts, internal and external communications and reports writing.
