Welcome to the Alumot Or website (hereinafter: "the Site") operated by Alumot Or Organization, Bn number 515136372, located at 144 Menachem Begin Road, Tel Aviv (hereinafter: "the Site Management" and/or "the Company"). Any use of the site constitutes agreement to these terms of use, and the terms and conditions contained therein.

The terms of use may change from time to time, and it is the user's responsibility to check the terms of use each time they enter the site. Browsing the site and/or using it in any way constitutes agreement to the terms of use and commitment to act accordingly. It is to be made clear that the terms of use constitute a legally binding agreement for all intents and purposes and bind the user to all of its uses on the site.

The terms of use apply equally to all genders.
The services provided through the website are subject to the terms specified in these terms of use.
The act of ordering services on the site constitutes a declaration by the customer that they have read the instructions of this terms of use, understood them, and agreed to them. The terms of use constitute a binding contract between the user and the site management.

Services -

The site provides pedagogical services for inclusive education services, including educationally enriching content, and the option to donate to the Alumot Or organization.
Services can be ordered by contacting the site management subject to availability and geographical location.
Payment for site services: the content on the site is open to the general public free of charge, a donation to the organization will be possible by credit card, bank transfer, or payment applications such as Bit and PayPal subject to the approval of the site management.
The prices of the services are listed without VAT subject to the laws pertaining to Israeli ventures. The organization does not charge VAT since it is a nonprofit organization.
The site management reserves the right to cease its services at any time.
The right to use the site is for any Israeli citizen over the age of 18 years old and older. Placing an order will permitted for those who have an active bank account and/or a valid Israeli credit card and have an active email address provided during the purchase on the site. A minor performing action will be considered a minor who has received permission from their parents/guardians to make the purchase on the site.

Cancellations and Changes to Services -

Transaction cancellation and product return policy, is according to Israeli Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transaction), 2011 and the Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
A service ordered for a customer can be canceled at any time, provided that the customer informs the site management of the cancellation or change at least 30 days before the end of the contract.
An order can be canceled up to 24 hours from the time of placing the order, provided that the order has not been shipped.
In the case of service cancellation, the customer will not be charged for the service.
No refund will be accepted for services rendered.
The site reserves the right to cancel the delivery of an order to the user with at least two hours' notice. In such a case, the user will not have any claim against the site.
Notice of cancellation or termination by the company will be delivered to the user, and the company will refrain from charging the user's credit card or refund any amount paid for the products as much as paid.

The company undertakes not to use the information provided by the buyers except to enable the purchase on the site and in accordance with the law.

The interpretation and enforcement of this terms of use and/or any action or dispute arising therefrom shall be governed solely by Israeli law, and exclusive jurisdiction shall be vested in the competent courts in Israel.
